He didn't try to keep negotiating prices with me and pressure me into anything. He tried to set me up in a safe, reliable car and give me the best/lowest price he could. He was very knowledgable about all of the cars I was interested in and pointed out and explained important safety features and car parts. Overall, I was extremely happy with Frank and would definitely recommend him to anyone I knew who was interested in purchasing a car. We had a 2011 Accent Hatchback on which we had a loan balance. We received an email promoting a cash or trade-in credit for our used car. We decided to check out the offer to see if the amount we were balance. We received an email promoting a cash or trade-in credit for our used car. We decided to check out the offer to see if the amount we were offered would be enough to make it advantageous for us to consider leasing a new car. We did not want to have any cash outlay and needed to keep our monthly payment the same as we were paying on the Accent. At first, the figures that were presented were too high to make it worthwhile for us to lease a new vehicle. However, our Sales Rep, Frank Acquaviva, didn't give up on trying to get us the deal we needed. We didn't think it would happen but the Sales Manager, Scott Mcllvaine, was able to give us a deal that made us very happy. We were limited with time because we had to get home by 4 P.M. but the Finance Manager, Al Machado and Frank prepared all the paperwork and got us out in record time. We left Lester Glenn with a beautiful new Elantra and a feeling that they listened to what we needed.. More
