Frank was a HUGE help in guiding me in leasing a new Hyundai Elantra GT. Great at explaining all of the saftey features. I also enjoyed all of the festivities that were going on for St. Pattys Day. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. my husband and i went to lester glenn with the intentions of buying a new car for myself. i did my homework online so i knew what i wanted right down to the color. when we got there my husband asked for fran of buying a new car for myself. i did my homework online so i knew what i wanted right down to the color. when we got there my husband asked for frank acquaviva because he had delt with him before. we got there late on a saturday. we told frank what we were looking for and he found it, it took awhile because the car was not on the same lot as the dealership. he found just what i was lookiing for right down to the color i wanted. my husband was right when he said frank was friendly, personal and most of all knowledgeable of the vehicle i was looking for. like i said earlier we had gotten there later in the day and frank stayed with us way past closing so we could finish the deal. he never once made us feel like we were keeping him there after closing. we also sat down with al machado to do the financing which was quick and painless and hassle free. i have and will continue to recommend lester glenn, frank acquavinva and al machado to friends and family when buying a car. i have had my new sonata for over a week now and love it. it drives like a dream. my last sonata had over 250,000 miles and hoping this one will too. thanks frank for an awsome experience. I went to Lester Glenn Hyundai looking to buy a new car. I was anxious about dealing with a salesman due to in the past salesman at other car dealers have been pretty rude and non caring. I told him what I was looking at the Accent GLS in Mocha Bronze. Frank did everything in his power to locate this with a premium package as I wanted. He finally found one up in N.Y. State. I was very happy. The next day I went to pick up my car, Frank first sat down with me and went over everything in my quick manuel. He also set up my blue tooth and went over everything instument in the car. I am very impressed with him and everyone associated with Lester Glenn. The warmth and friendliness is felt as soon as you walk in. I would highly recommend them. More

We had heard of their great customer service and strong reputation and we were not disappointed! Dealing with Frank Acquaviva, our sales person, was a pleasure and he certainly knew his vars. He found us the car we wanted and we made a deal with the help of his sales manager, Ron Garguilo – and let me tell you they were very accommodating! This was one of the best car buying experiences we have had over the years. Easy, straight forward and good pricing. And the price was the price....no add-ons or extras. The dealership offered a good selection of cars and we were able to find the car we wanted in a short time. They worked real hard to make the deal and we all walked away happy. Our visit to Lester Glenn surprised us, from stepping onto the lot to driving away with our new vehicle. The entire experience was informative, polite, non-pressuring and respectful. Frank Acquaviva guided us quickly through the process since we were limited in time. We had researched quite a bit before trying out our choices so we originally stopped to see a Santa Fe, and try it out for comfort only. We had no intention of buying at this point. After we told Frank what we were looking for, he instructed us to take a look at the Santa Fe in the building. Since the battery was not connected nothing was active so he offered to bring one around. We said yes and shortly we were sitting in a 2013 Santa Fe Sport. This just happened to be the color I liked, copper. Since we had a few more minutes he drove us the back to see other vehicles as my wife was interested in black. We asked for some initial money figures for lease and purchase and were given a few options. We told him what we liked and said we needed to leave for our next appointment. Frank asked if we wanted to take the car for the afternoon and bring it back when we were done. We said it would not be until early evening and were told that is no problem. This impressed us, but we declined. He looked at another lot, found a black one and phoned us. Later that day my wife and I discussed what we liked and saw. We called Frank and let him know we wanted to take the copper color for a test drive. He mentioned he did not expect us to come back. The car was waiting for us upon our arrival. Prior to taking the car he explained some of the features. We went for our drive and we were hooked. We made an offer, and it got accepted. We then proceeded to do the paper work while the car got prepped. In a hour or so we signed the papers and called our insurance company for coverage. Frank then went over the car's features with us, paired our phone and off we went with our new car. Frank treated us with respect, almost like family. We have had the car for just over 2 week and are very happy with our purchase and experience with Lester Glenn. We feel very confident recommending not only Hyundai but Lester Glenn and Frank Acquaviva. More

Frank was exceptional. Our first visit we were not prepared to buy. Despite knowing this he spent two hours showing us cars and allowing us to test drive. We never felt pressured to buy. He was knowledgeable and patient with our questions. It took three weeks for us to be ready to make the final decision and purchase out 2013 Genesis Coupe. I knew Frank was the only one I wanted to deal with. He was an advocate for the customer. We told him the three things that were important to us- interest rate, price and color/model with a spoiler. Within 15 minutes he got us the fair price we hoped for, the finance team worked hard and got us a good rate and they went and got the car with my specifications from the Manahawkin location and are installing the spoiler free of charge. This was the best auto buying experience I have ever had. I recommend Frank and the Lester Glenn team to any potential buyer. No gimmicks, no pressure, no stress. You are provided his full attention and made to feel a priority the moment you enter the door. More
