What a great experience. My husband was away on a business trip and said to go check out and test drive cars that I may want to lease. He did give me a monthly amount we could afford, plus how much we had in savings that I could put down toward the lease. I could not believe how nice Frank was. He was very professional and took my situation into consideration. He helped me find a car that was perfect for me; one that was affordable yet also satisfied the characteristics I wanted in my new car. I also advised him that I needed to be out by a certain time in order to be home for my son, and he ensured that I was all set to go so that I could be home right on time. Throughout the whole day, he talked me through all of my options and he kept trying his hardest to accommodate my price range as well as my wants in a new car. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends if they are looking for a sales man who has their best interests in mind. Thank you Frank for your hard work and kindness in assisting me in finding the right car for me and my family. More

I found this dealership of Lester Glenn was excellent. The Salesperson Frank M. Acquaviva was excellent in explaining every detail of the Accent. This dealership by far has been the best experience we have ever had. From the moment we stepped in the door Frank Acquaviva, was by far the best salesperson. If there was a rating to go by, he would by f have ever had. From the moment we stepped in the door Frank Acquaviva, was by far the best salesperson. If there was a rating to go by, he would by far exceed a 10. This is a dealership that felt like we spent a day with family. He was there to answer every question we had, and went over every last detail with us, had the utmost patience. I now know why they sell 45 cars a day. The entire dealership is friendly and courteous, and I have never been to a dealership like this before. To sum it up Frank Acquaviva....is outstanding, and I will always give him the highest of ratings. More

This was my first experience purchasing a car. Prior to trying Lester Glenn, I've been shopping around at other dealers, which lowered my expectations for the service I would receive coming into this new d trying Lester Glenn, I've been shopping around at other dealers, which lowered my expectations for the service I would receive coming into this new dealership. I have to say, my experience at Lester Glenn with Frank Acquaviva consisted of everything I could possibly ask for. Frank was very friendly and approachable. He also went out of his way to make you feel more comfortable and clearly explained all the ins and outs at every step of the process. The atmosphere of the dealership in general is worth giving it a shot. It seemed very laid back, and lacked the uncomfortably, aggressive sales reps that I have found at other dealerships. I definitely recommend this dealership and more importantly Frank, who truly made my experience the standard for how a customer's buying experience should be. More

My salesman Frank Acquaviva was friendly,knwoledgeable and seemed truly concerned that the vehicle I picked out was not only one that would fill my needs but also a vehicle I would enjoy owning. He was straight forward when it came to making a deal and offered several payment plans taking the time to explain the different interest rates the mfg. was offering and how they effected the payback per thousand borrowed along with rebates. After the purchase Frank spent alot of time with me insuring I knew how to use all of the vehicle's features even setting up the bluetooth for my cell phone for me.He advised me to contact him by phone or in person if I should ever have any questions concerning the vehicle. I had come here on Saturday morning with my grandmother to look at cars because I'm going away to college in January. She had more experience than I had buying cars since she had previously purchased one i to look at cars because I'm going away to college in January. I let her take over most of it, but I had an extremely pleasurable experience being there. Frank Acquaviva is an outstanding employee who truly cared about the things I liked and the things I felt comfortable with. He constantly asked me questions about my preferences and showed me around the dealership as to where to go in the future. He was extremely polite to me and my grandmother and was as enthusiastic about me getting my first real car as I was. If anyone I know is looking to buy a new car, I won't hesitate to send them to this dealership with Frank's name because I can guarantee that they will be in great hands. More

Due to my initial positive car buying experience, I did not hesitate to once again return to Lester Glenn, and Frank was there to work with me and ensure that I would be pleased with my purchase. Frank takes the time to assist, explain and gives you the time you need to make your decisions. Through Frank's graciousness and assistance, I drove out of the dealership with another 2013 Hyundai Elantra that I hope to enjoy for years to come.
