Frank was the perfect salesman for the job. My mother needed a new car, her basic needs eliminated many cars. Frank was very patient, taking us to every lot Lester Glenn had. He showed us "every" car th needed a new car, her basic needs eliminated many cars. Frank was very patient, taking us to every lot Lester Glenn had. He showed us "every" car that might suit her needs. Plus, the weather was pushing 98 and sunny. We did purchase the next day. She could not be more pleased. Frank did not have an easy task, finding the right match. Never once did his pleasant personality waver. Frank was put to the test and deserves 5 stars.. Had several appointments with different dealerships Lester Glenn Hyundai being the first of the day. Frank came right over to us. He was extremely friendly and helpful. We told him what we were looking for and were very specific in our needs after doing much research online. Frank not only showed us the car we were interested in and went into detail explaining all the warranties and the features all while standing in the lot in what seemed like 105 degrees. After we decided on the santa fe limited he went out of his way to go to different storage lots to find the exact color I was looking for and found it, we then proceeded to the financial part of the transaction which we knew would be difficult as our credit score was low. We were expecting a very long process and many rejections but within 20 minutes frank came back with an approval. We walked into Lester glen hyundai thinking we were beginning a long drawn out search for a new car and instead drove off 4 hours later in the a 2012 Santa fe limited awd In the exact color and all the features we were looking for. We have dealt with many dealers over the years and this was the fastest easiest friendliest experience we have had. We went to Hyundai after hearing nothing but positive things from friends who own hyundais and though this is our first Hyundai I know it will not be our last. Well where do I begin....I went to Lester Glenn Hyundai already thinking there was absolutely nothing that could be done. I had a leased car that wasn't up until November of 2013 yet I was going to go ove already thinking there was absolutely nothing that could be done. I had a leased car that wasn't up until November of 2013 yet I was going to go over my mileage. I did not have much to put down. My hopes were little to none. I entered Lester Glenn with very little expectations and to my astonishment that was not the case. Jay greeted me and introduced me to Frank. All I can say is that this was certainly by far the best experience I have ever had with any car dealership. Both Frank and Jay worked together and presented a deal that I couldn't refuse it actually saved me some money. The best part... I wasn't under any pressure to buy! They along with Sherif worked with me not against me. I will remember this experience and would recommend Lester Glenn to anyone looking to buy a car! More

I have been a Hyundai Elantra owner for the past 10 years and loved my Elantra GT. When I needed another vehicle, I visited another Hyundai dealer north of the Lester Glenn dealer and was greeted with a car and loved my Elantra GT. When I needed another vehicle, I visited another Hyundai dealer north of the Lester Glenn dealer and was greeted with a car buying experience that everyone dreads. The following day I called Lester Glenn to see what they could do and they greeted me with professionalism and honesty that was lacking at other dealers. They even was willing to pick me up and give me a ride to dealer if I needed it. While meeting with Frank, Ron, and David, I was treated not like a car buyer, but a PERSON. They answered all of my questions, showed me cars on lot and in three storage lots, and worked out a deal on a car that I'm driving for the past week - and LOVE EVERY MINUTE OF IT. I will always purchase my cars, in the future, at Lester Glenn and will encourage everyone that is looking for a car to visit too. More

Lester Glenn dealership was the best experience I have had to date. I recently went to a Toyota dealership in North Jersey that was awful they made us very uncomfortable and after we walked out the salesm had to date. I recently went to a Toyota dealership in North Jersey that was awful they made us very uncomfortable and after we walked out the salesmen and finance person ran to our car to have us come back and phoned us immediately also to make a new deal. Our salesmen was Frank Acquaviva who was very professional and wonderful to deal with. He had us test drive several cars to make sure we were happy with our choice. He brought me to finance to Mike D'Amelio who was also great. My Sonata Hybrid I purchased was exactly what I asked Frank to show us. Being my first time purchasing a new vehicle I decided to go to Lester Glenn last night because of their great holiday weekend deals going on and I knew my friend's sister had had a great buying experience h go to Lester Glenn last night because of their great holiday weekend deals going on and I knew my friend's sister had had a great buying experience here a couple years ago. Frank was an absolute pleasure to deal with! I was there looking at the Touring with my friend, and he showed us everything he had on the lot explaining all the different features and pricing. The exact car/color wasn't in the main lot so he took us over to their secondary lot where I found the exact car I had wanted, package/color and everything. Being it was the start of the Memorial Day weekend sales event they were really busy. There was a rather long wait as they had gotten backed up in the finance department towards the end of the night, but Frank sat there and talked with us, he was very friendly and easy to have a conversation with. Never once were we pressured at all in any way. It was a long night (for both us and Frank!). You could tell he was tired too, and he had to come back at 7 the next AM! which I'm sure will be crazier than Friday was. We finally drove off the lot in my new car around 11:30 last night and I couldn't be happier with the experience I had with Frank and Lester Glenn! I cannot recommend Frank highly enough! If you're coming out to Lester Glenn definitely request an appointment with him and you won't be disappointed! Thank you Frank!! :) More

At this particular time in my life, I was not expecting to purchase a new car. Based on my mechanic's recommendations and opinions regarding my older car, I knew this was the way I had to go. I have alwa to purchase a new car. Based on my mechanic's recommendations and opinions regarding my older car, I knew this was the way I had to go. I have always heard wonderful comments about Lester Glenn in Toms River, and I have had my eye on a Sonata. I filled out an on-line preapproval form and was contacted immediately by an employee of Lester Glenn (Talia), who was very nice to me. I explained my situation to her, and she encouraged me to come in the next day for an appointment. My mom accompanied me, and we were greeted very warmly as soon as we walked in. I was immediately impressed by this and did not feel any pressure from anyone. It was at this point my mom and I were introduced to Salesman Frank Acquaviva. He was the best salesman I have ever encountered in any place of business and is a very caring and knowledgeable person. He listened to all of my questions and concerns and worked with my preferences. I never once felt like I was being haggled or pressured. He showed me many cars and models to work within my budget. I was able to test-drive a Sonata to get a feel of how it ran. Mr. Acquaviva gave me the option of leasing or purchasing and dsicussed the pros and cons of both. After I decided to go with the leasing option, I was directed to meet with Mike Damelio who was also very friendly and knowledgeable. He discussed all of the programs affiliated with leasing. Again, I did not feel any pressure, which I really appreciated. I did wind up signing up for one of the programs. My mom and I calculated that we were at the dealership for over four hours, but it did not seem that long because we were enjoying our time there. By the time we left, we felt like family. I now understand why Lester Glenn has such a fabulous reputation, and I am very thankful for them. I love my vehicle and will recommend it to everyone!! More
