I gave four "great" answers because my experience was great. So many questions ran through my head and Frank answered them all. He gave me a lot of information about the car's safety and i experience was great. So many questions ran through my head and Frank answered them all. The last question on price was answered with a "good" as with most of us I would like to pay less! I am very happy with my car and would without hesitation recommend Lester Glenn and in particular Frank Acquaviva. More

Based upon my experiences with LesterGlenn and working with Frank on my 2nd New Vehicle deal,I am truly impressed with the high level of patience, professionalism, and customer service from sales to finan with Frank on my 2nd New Vehicle deal,I am truly impressed with the high level of patience, professionalism, and customer service from sales to finance. While I spent a few hours at the dealership on March 10, 2012, I witnessed a showroom full of customers and heard the new car bell ring numerous times - I rang that bell when I left too! That speaks volumes! LesterGlenn has become my family's dealership of choice. I certainly will not go anywhere else...Definitely #1 in my book! My 79 year old mother felt like getting a new car. She had noticed the Hyundai Sonata. So we went to take a look. My father had recently passed so I accompanied my mother. Our experience couldn't have be had noticed the Hyundai Sonata. So we went to take a look. My father had recently passed so I accompanied my mother. Our experience couldn't have been better. Throw out all preconcieved notions of the "typical" car dealership/salesman. Our Salesman, Frank Acquaviva and his manager, Ron Garguilo treated my mom like she was royalty. Not only were they patient and responded to all questions/concerns, but they where good to their word when it came to pricing and the trade in. Not only that but while we were waiting for the final paperwork, the finance person found a slightly better rate and passed it on to us. It was only like 3 dollars a month cheaper, but the point is they took the time to try and then gave us whatever they could Professional, courteous, concerned and HONEST. I have been considering a new car for awhile now and during previous dealership visits, I was either directed towards cars that were not in my price range, or treated as if my being a woman made me igno during previous dealership visits, I was either directed towards cars that were not in my price range, or treated as if my being a woman made me ignorant of finance. When I met Frank Acquaviva, I told him exactly what I was looking for, 2 new cars, one for myself and one for my husband. I also told him exactly what I could work into my budget. What I liked about Frank was that he was honest wtih me. He showed me all of the models that I was interested in, answered all of my questions, and at the end of the day, my husband and I each have a new car. We are very happy with our purchases and were very satisfied with the service we recieved from all of the staff at Lester Glenn. More

Everyone associated with dealership was very courteous, friendly and helpful Our main criticism is more with the advertising from Hyundai directly. The "exceptions" to qualifying for rebates are not clearl friendly and helpful Our main criticism is more with the advertising from Hyundai directly. The "exceptions" to qualifying for rebates are not clearly explained nor pointed out at the time of deal making. The warranty terms are also somewhat ambiguous and not explained until deal has been negotiated. This refers to the 5 yr 70,000 miles piece which is only 3 year 36000 mile on NON - Hyundai parts!! Also not directly explained and available to the consumer. A bit of a bait and switch if you will - Other than these issues, which again are Hyundai policy - great experience, no negative comments.
