Sales Dept good Service is a disaster, my truck has been in there 4 times every time the issues have not been corrected. No Loaners and they take days to even get the truck in the shop. Excellent, above and beyond customer care and service from literally the entire team (Frank, Geo, Tom, Boss lady) at Salerno Duane! Zero complaints, they really made me feel like I, myself, was apart of from literally the entire team (Frank, Geo, Tom, Boss lady) at Salerno Duane! Zero complaints, they really made me feel like I, myself, was apart of the family, and worked with me through every step of the vehicle purchase. They went to bat for me to ensure we could close a deal that day and they did just that. If only I wasn’t so far away I would frequent this dealership often for any future service/needs.
