We have walked on to car lots and people look at us like " Oh these people are not going to buy a car" so as soon as they can they leave us. Aleksa stayed with us and she had so much patience with us, showing us different cars and to my husbands surprise she was VERY knowledgeable about alot of the cars. Believe me I know that he tried to ask hard questions but she always came up with the answer and THAT put a smile on my face. He always says " You women think you know it all but you dont" Aleksa did! When we finally went into the showroom I wasnt feeling stressed.What Aleksa didnt know that we are victims of Identity Thief and lost two houses, our savings, our grandkids college funds and just our piece of mind that if anything happened to us our 4 girls and grandkids would be taken care of. Starting all over again and NEVER in our minds did we think that we would qualify for a loan. We never felt so good and everyone made us feel like we were friends of many years. We really enjoyed our time at Fontana Nissian. Frank, Leon, Aleksa and Ed doesnt even know that we went in with our heads low and came out with out heads very HIGH. They treated us with respect and made us feel like we have new friends.Thank you so much Aleksa I wish you would teach a class on how to be the best salesperson,we thought you had been doing it for years. My husband would kill me if he knew that I told everyone our personal business but I thought it was important for you to know how much you all helped. More

Fontana Nissan provided me with superb customer service from the moment I drove up until the moment I drove away. I took my car in to get a regular service check. This was the first time I've ever been t from the moment I drove up until the moment I drove away. I took my car in to get a regular service check. This was the first time I've ever been to this dealership and every single employee I came across was very friendly; from the Service Consultant, to the Sales Consultant, to the Cashier, and even the General Manager took time to welcome me into their dealership. The service I received here was second to none. I usually take my car in to get serviced at my sister's Nissan dealership, but I received a coupon in the mail for Fontana Nissan and I thought I'd give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised. The prices at Fontana Nissan were better than the usual dealership that I go to, and that's even with my sister's discount! Fontana Nissan advertises "Rock Bottom Pricing" and it's actually true! I have nothing but good reviews for everyone at Fontana Nissan. I took my rogue in because the transmission was acting up and we almost had a car accident. I took in on Tuesday May 3. Dominic called me a Nissan. I took my rogue in because the transmission was acting up and we almost had a car accident. I took in on Tuesday May 3. Dominic called me and said that once again the transmission was dead. He said it was too dangerous to drive so he was going to get us a rental. We went to pick up the car on Saturday and to advantage we ended up needing to buy a new car. We were treated so good that I felt like we were celebrities. All we need was the poperatsy. We meet the General manager Frank Bachman he treated us so good and he was so nice. Then Mr. Bachman introduced us to the owner of Fontana Nissan Mr. Mike Cronin Jr. Mr. Cronin made us feel like we were part of the family. Mr. Cronin and Mr. Bachman by talking to my husband they found out that he is a big race car and nas car fan and they gave us tickets for a race here in Fontana speed way. Know you tell me how many car owners and or their general managers come out and do all this. They come out and talk to you and make you feel like you’re part of the family and or give you tickets to a race???? Exactly no other owner of a dealer would do that unless you were someone famous. And they made us feel like we were celebrities. We felt so comfortable and we never felt like were being intimated or pressured. Our car sales person Jose Bustamontes was never pushy and or mean and or rude to us. Mr. Steve Kocsis was awesome too and Ed the finance guy was so funny he saw that we were tired and he made us laugh. I would recommend Fontana Nissan to everyone you want to be treated with respect and make you feel like you’re a person not a dolor sign Go to Fontana Nissan. I had really bad expericance with Empire Nissan you wanted to be treated like crap then go there. From the get go Empire Nissan sold me a lemon I have been having problems with the 2008 Nissan rogue that I bought there and they could never find anything wrong with the car. Every time we had taken it in them could never hear or see anything wrong with the car. One day we took the car one more time and my husband and I were seating in the customer parking area waiting for them to check the car we saw the car go out to get test driven and then guess what? The drove out and seconds later they drive right in. We went right back to service and we told them what happened we even talk to the sales rep the sold us the rogue he went to talk to them. The service dept had the nerve to say that they drove it 5 miles and they wrote it on the paper. They are the worst service department and if you’re a girl they treat you like an ignorant fool. It took 2yrs to fix the whistling sound that the car was making and it was loud. They would never listen to anything I had to say they always treated me like if I was crazy I had to call Consumer affairs to make them fix the car. To tell they left a razor on the passenger seat and when I sat there I felt something and check it was the razor it cut my pants thank god it didn’t cut me. When I called service to let them know the manager told me “this is not our concern u have to call consumer affairs”. What would have happened if I would have cut my butt then what? When Daniel was there he tried to help us but they would pressure him not help us and the service manager was so mean and heart less he treated me like if I was an insignificant person he belittle me. At empire Nissan they treat you well for the moment that you get a car once you buy the car you’re no longer their concern. There is a lot more that they did to us. Do not go there go to Fontana Nissan They treat you with respect. And love doesn’t stop when you walk in just to see the cars the love continues you’re treated like family. Fontana Nissan Is the Best. Thank you Fontana Nissan for making me feel like family. More

I gave Fontana Nissan and its staff the best rating possible because their dedication to service, professionalism, and satisfaction was incredible. I must say I was impressed to see not only the Gener possible because their dedication to service, professionalism, and satisfaction was incredible. I must say I was impressed to see not only the General Manager present on a Sunday morning walking around talking to customers but one of two owners was doing the same. As I observed the sales floor, I saw no pressure from staff and instead saw a lot of happy customers. Frank and his staff worked diligently to help me accomplish my goal of buying my wife a 2011 Nissan Maxima. I was able to get a great price even though we just discharged a bankruptcy one month ago. I must say the price was great but the customer service was phenomenal. Although my perches may be considered a “mini” deal in the car sales industry, I was treated with the upmost respect. Thru the entire process, I was treated with respect and received topnotch service. Since I purchased my Maxima as a surprise gift for my beautiful wife, the staff agreed to assist me in the best delivery by using a ruse to surprise her. All members of the staff were friendly. Porters and the rest of the support staff were also friendly rounding out the staff’s friendly service. My Maxima was washed and filled up with gas prior to delivery. Finance was a non pressured environment. At no point was I pressured into making a rash decision. The complete staff made it a point that all customers were comfortable and happy with their visit. I would recommend Fontana Nissan to everybody looking for a used or new vehicle. More
