Each time I was given a different reason for the issue. So needless to say that I am not always happy with the service that has been provided. Brenden Brown has been a great Service Provider. He always takes it upon himself to vehemently apologize for my inconveniences. Also, the 1st person you encounter as you drive in should always set the Standard of the company. There is one gentleman who is not so friendly. He acts as if it he is being inconvenienced. More

Excellent Service Department Experience! I noticed that I had a recall on my Mercedes and had overlooked it. I called Nicholas Bankston in the service department and he was able to get me in I noticed that I had a recall on my Mercedes and had overlooked it. I called Nicholas Bankston in the service department and he was able to get me in exactly when I needed to, early morning, and set me up with a courtesy vehicle. The whole experience was quick, efficient, and overall excellent. I had my puppy with me that day and was greeted by and had many great conversations with members of the service department, I was asked many times if I would like a beverage and was given a place to sit while I waited on my courtesy vehicle. Nick helped carry my bags and also ran one out to me when I forgot it on the way out! They were also able to squeeze in my oil change since it was due soon in order to save me a second trip. The individual who helped me get my courtesy vehicle was quick, even on such a busy Monday morning. My car was finished well before 5 and was washed and vacuumed! The entire experience was a breeze and I am always impressed by the staff at Mercedes OKC! More

First Class Service, Consistency + Love the Perks I am driving my second Mercedes. The first one I drove from 2013-2016. I purchased another GL450 (used) in November 2017. I brought my second one i I am driving my second Mercedes. The first one I drove from 2013-2016. I purchased another GL450 (used) in November 2017. I brought my second one in a few weeks ago because the rear tires needed to be changed out prematurely. My service advisor was polite and helpful. The problem was peculiar, and I wasn't charged for the tire change. I am confident that they will track what happened and look into it further if it happens again. The men who hang around in the intake area are kind and helpful. I enjoy driving a brand new Mercedes while mine is getting serviced. Frank has helped in this capacity for many years and he is great. The dealership also has a very comfortable waiting room with snacks and coffee. I had my young son with me when I picked up my car and he was starving so the snacks were such a help during the few minutes they retrieved my car for me. I think it also speaks well of management that the faces I recognize have been there all along. More
