I was very grateful because I live over 2.5 hours away, so having got me in that quickly worked out great! I've been going to MB of OKC for 7 years now and they have never let me down! They always get 5 stars with me! More

When I had a blowout on I 35, after contacting MBrace and being put on hold for road service - who NEVER picked up, I texted Mrs. Malone to let her know I was on hold for more than 30 minutes and stranded on the shoulder of I 35, she not only contacted local road assistance, but came and allowed me to sit in her vehicle while I waited. That is truly customer service! Thank you! Whenever I visit the dealership, from the time I drive up, I am greeted with friendly smiles! Whatever service I need, it is done with expertise and timeliness. I feel the prices are fair and, again, the customer service is outstanding!
