The deal was so good it was hard to believe and no need to haggle. Everything was as he said and I just went in and signed the papers. Frank’s demeanor and personality is just amazing, he was made to deal with people, so genuine.. After the sale he spent 30 minutes going through all the tech with my wife and gave us his personal cell if we had questions in the future. I’ll never go to another dealer for a Honda. We also sat with Damian Cappochione in finance. He was also as nice as can be and had casual and funny conversation with us as he prepared the documents. Another incredibly personable professional. He did not try the hard sell for extras, we agreed on an extended warranty at a fair price which I wanted due to all the crazy tech in the car. A great overall experience. More
