I contacted Mercedes-Benz of West Chester regarding a 2023 Mercedes-Benz AMG GLE 63 S that was listed for sale. During my conversation with salesperson Ted Daddario, the experience was very d regarding a 2023 Mercedes-Benz AMG GLE 63 S that was listed for sale. During my conversation with salesperson Ted Daddario, the experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. I explained that I was a serious buyer from Texas and that I already had financing arranged. I also discussed trading in my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLB as part of the deal. Instead of working through the details or even discussing possible options, Ted immediately dismissed the deal and stated they would not work with it because I was an out-of-state buyer and had my own financing. He also refused to consider my 2022 GLB trade-in as part of the transaction. The tone of the conversation felt rude and dismissive, as if the dealership simply had no interest in helping or earning the business. As someone who was genuinely interested in purchasing the vehicle and prepared to move forward, I expected a much more professional and helpful approach. Buyers should be aware that this dealership may not be willing to work with out-of-state customers or buyers who already have financing arranged. Overall, the experience left a very poor impression and was not what I would expect from a Mercedes-Benz dealership. More

Saw a vehicle I liked, called and spoke to the Sales Manager Frank, and within an hour, I am on a 2 hour drive to the dealership. Get there, look at the car, agree on terms, and leave a deposit to confirm my intent in moving forward with the deal, with both parties agreeing that I would be back 2 days later to pickup the car, since they needed to do the state inspection. Next day, I get a call from the sales manager asking if I can come that very same day to pickup the car, and gives some flimsy excuse that they will be too busy the next day, and I might end up waiting much longer to close my sale.. At this point, I am already booked on a train for the next day, but he promised I would be reimbursed the cost of my ticket if I could change plans and make it there that same day. Had to call off work for the rest of the day, but changed my plans, hopped on the train, and am there a couple of hours later. First of all, and i end up waiting 2 hours before they finally get to me, which was the whole point of changing my plans, the Sales Manager tells me regarding my ticket refund that the cost of the car was reduced to cover it, so I would see the difference between the original figures against the new figures. This turns out to be completely misleading and untrue later when I found out that what they did was to just manipulate and increase the fees and taxes on my paperwork to make up for reimbursing me for my ticket. All this manipulating and lying just for $50? That was just so un-professional, and I had to call him out on it, before they finally issued my refund.   As of writing this review 3 weeks later, I contacted my state DMV, and my vehicle paperwork has still not been submitted for me to get my registration, tags, and title, even though the sales manager told me it had been processed when I asked for an update earlier in the week. If I could rate them zero stars I would. Obviously, No one at this dealership cares about you once your check is cleared. Whatever the outcome, I will post this review on every single website were this dealerships name listed or advertised, so others can know my experience, and if I have to report them to the Pennsylvania attorney general’s office, I will. More

Everyone was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and informative. He was thoughtful and honest, and we really felt as though we could trust him. Michael and Frank always checked in on us, and we appreciated how they got to know us and our needs. Jacquelyn in finance had all our papers drawn up and was ready for us to sign right at the start of our appointment. She was cheery and so on top of things; we really appreciated her punctuality and preparedness. Everyone was so excited for us- we really felt like they celebrated with us in finding the right car.
