Frank lies to get you to sign and make you happy until you you sign the paperwork. Once you sign, he's a completely different person if the customer thinks something is wrong. Another manager that showed me a different vehicle, I actually liked, but was told by him, he would personally call the bank to let them know it's new and not used so I could get a bitter loan rate. That didn't happen either. Chris Smit was young and naive. Constantly was repeating himself, which personally I found quite annoying, but that's my personality. He is a genuine nice guy and was honest. He went above and beyond after the transaction to try to right others wrong. Will buy from him again if he works for another dealership. The rest of the management staff, just said they weren't doing anything more and that was that. I would either have to loose money buy selling it back or repo it to get rid of it. I had to call in 2 weeks after the purchase to find if my parts where there or not, then another week for that "comparable" loaner. Refused half the add-ons I paid for due to the lie they told me. I would get a "comperable" loaner for my pick up, their words, not mine. They gave me a Trax. Not only does the Trax not tow 2000lbs (I needed around 5000lbs towed), it didn't even have a tow hitch.. I walked out and refuse to give them anymore business. They told me not to have me write anymore reviews and get me to cease and desist writing any at all. I have written proof. What does that tell you for this dealership that they have to resort to cease and desist demands. More
