He was extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the vehicle i was looking for. To be honest, I knew a lot more about the Honda accord than most dealer's sales people i have been to prior to meeting Frank Diaz. He was the only one who understood my needs and was patient enough to answer the long list of questions i had to my satisfaction. Their pricing was simply- UNBEATABLE! i have already recommended this dealership to several other friends who will be looking for a new car in the weeks and months ahead. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff were friendly and courteous. Roberto Torres was my consultant. He never tried to oversell. He just listened to my requirements/wish list and answered all my questions - always with a smile, even if I asked the question more than once. He was able to find a car in the specifications I wanted without exceeding my budget which was the most critical element to me. Once I chose my car, Frank Diaz discussed the financing options, etc. He was clear with his explainations and never pushed to sell me extra warranties or options. I would definitely go back to Honda Cars of Boston and would recommend them to my family and friends. More

I chose this dealership based on the many positive reviews on this website. I dealt with Frankie and Juan - they were professional and knowledgeable. It was an overall great experience. From the initial phone contact to the test drive, negotiation and finance process they made it clear that they wanted my business w/out making me uncomfortable. Everyone I encountered at Honda Cars of Boston was pleasant and helpful. I had done my research first and knew what I wanted, what I was willing to pay and what I wanted for my trade. I also had several pre-approved finance offers so I knew what my interest rate should be (they beat the other offers). The final deal was very close to what I expected and I'm very happy w/ it. The car is great and exactly what I wanted. I would recommend this place to friends and family. I'll give them a try for service when the time comes and will post a review at that time. More
