A positive experience from start to finish! We were in search of an Elentra for our teenage daughter. From the initial call from Alek I was led to believe that our experience would be a great one, and different from the negative experiences we've been through at other dealers. I was skeptical to say the least. However, I must say that everyone we met, Cole, Frank, Jared, and Mike all proved that every word Alek said was the absolute truth. They were transparent and sincere, patient with our questions and concerns, and never once acted pushy. Like Alek promised me, it really was an exceptional experience. After buying many cars through my life, I can honestly say it was heads and tails above any other car buying experience I have been through. More

Fantastic Experience I was researching a replacement car for my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I realized I could very likely fit a new Hyundai Elantra into my budget, I w I was researching a replacement car for my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I realized I could very likely fit a new Hyundai Elantra into my budget, I went to Rosen to see if I enjoyed it enough to purchase. Gregg was my salesman and he was amazing. He isn't big on the BS and very easy to work with. He also has checked in with me since the purchase to make sure I have figured everything out ok and that I am enjoying my new car. He can come across as the "grumpy old man," but don't let him fool you; he's actually very easy to work with and definitely is more customer service than sales focused. I also really wanted to review Yaseen because he made the finance portion very easy, and since this was my third vehicle purchase, I know how long the process can take. He was very up front with me about picking a payment that was $3 more a month with the caveat that the cheaper bank was not available for online payment. I decided the convenience was worth paying approximately $250 more over the life of the loan. Also, I wanted to give Mike some credit for not being a super high pressure aftermarket salesman. I know his job is selling the add ons at the end, so he most certainly did his job pushing the sale, but I definitely was expecting to feel more pressured than I did, which actually caught me a little off guard. Frank was also very good about checking up and letting me know what was going on, where I was in line for things, because they were extremely busy for a Monday night. I won't downgrade them for that because no sales position can control customer volume, so it would be immensely unfair of me to hold that against them. They did deal with it quite well, though. Overall, I would definitely recommend them because they really made my first completely solo car buying experience easy. More

Pay too much for not get the service that you are paying for On 08/03/ 2016 we purchase a Hyundai Azera from Hyundai Rosen Algonquin IL with 30921 mileages with full warranty coverage On June/2017 upon oil cha On 08/03/ 2016 we purchase a Hyundai Azera from Hyundai Rosen Algonquin IL with 30921 mileages with full warranty coverage On June/2017 upon oil change service, the dealer mechanic advised that vehicle tires were wearing uneven and needs new tires and alignment, We took vehicle to a shop Firestone on 09/09/2017 with 67202 mileage, were they replaced the tires and did the alignment on the car, On 04/30/2018 with 82181 mileage, we find out that tires were junk again, on 05/03/2018 we took car into the same Firestone shop and they said that the alignment were fine the problem were the suspension shocks struts . We took vehicle back into Hyundai Rosen dealer where they look at it and said in order to confirmed alignment we need to replace the tires again and recheck alignment Technician also said that they should not sold car to us like this that the tire problems should be warranty from the dealer Upon conversation with sale manager Frank Favela he said that there is not that he can do about it We need to buy tires again in order to check the alignment We already expended almost $ 1.000,00 and time going back in forward to resolve this matter We are currently on the process to hire a attorney to review our rights since that we are paying a lot money for full coverage when the problem were found in the dealer with mileage under 60.000 mileage Also they promise us upon purchase to get us a spare car key'Until today we never got it More
