My car was in their shop for two weeks before even being diagnosed, even as the service specialist kept telling me it would just be a day or two. Every time I inquired they told me it would just be another diagnosed, even as the service specialist kept telling me it would just be a day or two. Every time I inquired they told me it would just be another day or two--but never reached out to update me. I emailed the manager who told me that he would follow up personally and he never did. When my car was finally ready, they could never really explain the problem that happened, only that it wasn't happening any more. I'll never bring my car back again, More
