The problem wasn’t with the service area. It was with the leadership at this location. Poor communication, misinformation, lack of genuine customer service. Not only that, but when I got my vehicle back, all my consoles were unlocked for no reason. Completely sketchy. Had to fight to get reimbursed for rental and elevated it to general manager.
