This place is all hands on deck when trying to sell you something. Bought a 2021 F-150 Now the AC will not work and after 30 minutes on hold for the service department was told taking nothing until after something. Go June and July without AC and we'll try to work you in. Don't buy here !!!!! I never will again More

The sale of the 2004 Focus required that my wife, Kathy Rooney, feel comfortable not just with the vehicle, but also with the sales person. Mr. Hairston did a good job of balancing "just let her look" and Rooney, feel comfortable not just with the vehicle, but also with the sales person. Mr. Hairston did a good job of balancing "just let her look" and "let me show you this" about the car. We were both pleased that the dealership was willing to entertain alternate bids on a vehicle which already had a "special" price reduction. We felt our needs were accommodated in the price area. The only negative aspect of our experience was the addition of dealership fees to the agreed upon price. Frankly neither of us has had much experience with auto dealership ways, and their addition somewhat negated the great feeling we had about our purchase. Live and learn. Jackie Rooney More
