"Customer Firs" Experience!!!! Prior to my 2015 Hyundai Sonata lease purchase from Rick Case Hyundai in Euclid, Ohio. I purchased a 2015 Honda Accord just two months prior from Moto Prior to my 2015 Hyundai Sonata lease purchase from Rick Case Hyundai in Euclid, Ohio. I purchased a 2015 Honda Accord just two months prior from Motorcar Honda, Cleveland Heights, Ohio. A few weeks of driving the Honda I expereinced chronic backaches from the seats, the rough supension added to the backaches. Motorcar Honda did nothing to help me resolve my issues with the Honda. A family member suggested I contact Rick Case Honda who spoke with me, recommended a Hyundai. Rick Case Hyundai gave me the "Customer First" experience. I now drive a 2015 Hydundai Sonata, "NO BACKACHES" due to 6 way seat adjustment & smooth ride. Thank you!! More

After a test drive of a couple of vehicles, I made a choice but they didn't have car in color I wanted. They were able to find color I prefered at another dealer and went to retrieve it over an hour away. They also encouraged me to take a longer test drive for a few hours which gave me a good feel for the vehicle. Very fair price for my trade in as well. More
