Went in for service...left with a car I brought my 2011 Elantra in for service due to an oil leak, while there I was informed that I was no longer under warranty. I was not happy about tha I brought my 2011 Elantra in for service due to an oil leak, while there I was informed that I was no longer under warranty. I was not happy about that and started talking to my dad, who was with me at the time, about a new car. Linell happened to walk by and I asked him a question about trade-ins...a couple hours later, I'd purchased a 2015 Sonata...much to my surprise, lol! That staff was great to work with! I definitely recommend the dealership and Linell to anyone looking for a car. More

Best Car Buying Experience I've Had Thus Far Long story short, I came in for routine manual maintenance on my previous vehicle and was approached in a most courteous way about possibly upgrading Long story short, I came in for routine manual maintenance on my previous vehicle and was approached in a most courteous way about possibly upgrading to a newer and larger vehicle. My sales person Linell Renda asked questions and listened to my responses. He presented vehicle options that were a perfect balances between what I needed in a new vehicle and what I wanted. Mr. Renda is hands down the best automobile sales person I've ever worked with. The price was such that the monthly payment still fit comfortably within my budget and I came back the next day to trade in two vehicles and take home my new vehicle. This is my second Hyundai and the number and type of features for the prices of these vehicles just cannot be beat by any other manufacturer in my opinion. Hyundai offers A LOT of car for the purchase prices which are very competitive with other makes and models. For once in my life I didn't feel like I was being sold just any old car but instead I was matched with a car that best fit my needs in addition to satisfying my wants. At no point in time did I feel any pressure from any of the people with whom I encountered to make a purchase. I will recommend Rick Case Hyundai without reservation to anyone I know who is looking for a quality vehicle w/o experiencing high pressure sales tactics. My hats off to the dealership....keep up the great work! More
