Went in for service...left with a car I brought my 2011 Elantra in for service due to an oil leak, while there I was informed that I was no longer under warranty. I was not happy about that and started talking to my dad, who was with me at the time, about a new car. Linell happened to walk by and I asked him a question about trade-ins...a couple hours later, I'd purchased a 2015 Sonata...much to my surprise, lol! That staff was great to work with! I definitely recommend the dealership and Linell to anyone looking for a car. More

Best Car Buying Experience I've Had Thus Far Long story short, I came in for routine manual maintenance on my previous vehicle and was approached in a most courteous way about possibly upgrading Long story short, I came in for routine manual maintenance on my previous vehicle and was approached in a most courteous way about possibly upgrading to a newer and larger vehicle. My sales person Linell Renda asked questions and listened to my responses. He presented vehicle options that were a perfect balances between what I needed in a new vehicle and what I wanted. Mr. Renda is hands down the best automobile sales person I've ever worked with. The price was such that the monthly payment still fit comfortably within my budget and I came back the next day to trade in two vehicles and take home my new vehicle. This is my second Hyundai and the number and type of features for the prices of these vehicles just cannot be beat by any other manufacturer in my opinion. Hyundai offers A LOT of car for the purchase prices which are very competitive with other makes and models. For once in my life I didn't feel like I was being sold just any old car but instead I was matched with a car that best fit my needs in addition to satisfying my wants. At no point in time did I feel any pressure from any of the people with whom I encountered to make a purchase. I will recommend Rick Case Hyundai without reservation to anyone I know who is looking for a quality vehicle w/o experiencing high pressure sales tactics. My hats off to the dealership....keep up the great work! More

My experience with my last one was so good I wanted another one but was sure I would not be able to afford one and be able to still retire when I wanted to. I prayed that I would not have to settle and God answered my prayer. Jovahn spent a lot of time explaining all about my new car. I was grinning from ear to ear. You guys are wonderful. I can't stop smiling. Being so close to retirement I needed an affordable and reliable car. Thanks so much to the team that was involved from the salesman, the guys that cleaned the car and had it shinning so bright, the finance people that got the best interest rate possible and anyone else I missed. I am very pleased and already recommended my brother to try you out when he is ready for a new car. May God Bless this dealership and all the staff that work there. I was just about tired and ready to give up on dealerships, and buy from a private party. However, a mutual friend recommended Frank , over at Rick Case. Always being skeptical when buying a car, dealerships, and buy from a private party. However, a mutual friend recommended Frank , over at Rick Case. Always being skeptical when buying a car, I wondered what was in it for the mutual friend (lol) But, it turned out that I had been dealt a hand of luck. Frank Hink was the main sales associate I dealt with. I gotta say, he was not pushy at all and very laid back. I threw out the price I was working with, found some options, and had me driving out a car a couple days later. He saw to it that the new, used vehicle got a new battery, and front tires. (Without upping the price of the promised out the door) And one more thing the dealership did, that made me want to recommend them, was; There was a slight problem transferring the title by the time my 30 day temporary tag was up. So they just had me buy another and quickly reimbursed the $18.50 or so as soon as the title transferred. When all was done, I decided to find my cars value and compare the worth against what I had paid. I was pretty shocked to find there wasn't much of a difference. I also spoke with Adam (can't remember the last name) when signing paperwork. (When dealerships usually suggest,and suggest and suggest you need the extra coverage) Yeah, he just explained my options and made sure I understood them. No over suggestiveness. We actually ended up talking about how having kids puts life into perspective. lol -Mike Christian More

Like another reviewer, this is the second car from Rick Case and my second from Frank Hink. I bought my 2003 Honda Civic from them a few years back and it was the best purchase of my life. My car was dying Case and my second from Frank Hink. I bought my 2003 Honda Civic from them a few years back and it was the best purchase of my life. My car was dying on the side of the road and I traveled 50 miles round trip to work and home. Frank basically had me test drive this semi low mileage Civic and I put 60K miles on it in a short couple years and the car is so good, I gave it to my girlfriend to replace her failing car. Price matters and I consider myself a bargain shopper, but it isn't everything in buying a car. In buying my 2013 Sonata I found that we got above top dollar for our trade in, well below sticker on the price, and even a little more off because they will hear you out when it comes to what other dealers have. These guys are busy typically, and even though they have no issue selling cars, they take time out for you and you never feel rushed. Frank, at this point, is like family to me. He helped my friend with a car before and even though he had prior engagements, made sure we knew it was no problem that he was staying after, even when we insisted he left. In today's day and age I can honestly say "loyalty" and that kind of experience was thought to be dead, by myself included. It just isn't. Bill was also great to work with and was straightforward and the exact opposite of sleaze when it came to selling you a warranty or gap insurance. Finance managers can and do lie, the numbers dont, and when its all said and done neither Bill nor said numbers lied. The entire staff, even the soon departing GM was not only courteous, but engaging, exciting, and forthcoming and honest about everything. I am hyper critical of the way people are treated at a dealership and I can honestly say I couldnt be happier. More
