I'm still smiling I cannot believe the great service I received from Jovahn. He was very patient and understood how important it was to me to find the right car for the right price. I had given up on getting the car I wanted which was another Hyundai. My experience with my last one was so good I wanted another one but was sure I would not be able to afford one and be able to still retire when I wanted to. I prayed that I would not have to settle and God answered my prayer. Jovahn spent a lot of time explaining all about my new car. I was grinning from ear to ear. You guys are wonderful. I can't stop smiling. Being so close to retirement I needed an affordable and reliable car. Thanks so much to the team that was involved from the salesman, the guys that cleaned the car and had it shinning so bright, the finance people that got the best interest rate possible and anyone else I missed. I am very pleased and already recommended my brother to try you out when he is ready for a new car. May God Bless this dealership and all the staff that work there. May your business grow and exceed your financial expectations. I recommend bonuses for everyone. :) More

I was just about tired and ready to give up on dealerships, and buy from a private party. However, a mutual friend recommended Frank , over at Rick Case. Always being skeptical when buying a car, dealerships, and buy from a private party. However, a mutual friend recommended Frank , over at Rick Case. Always being skeptical when buying a car, I wondered what was in it for the mutual friend (lol) But, it turned out that I had been dealt a hand of luck. Frank Hink was the main sales associate I dealt with. I gotta say, he was not pushy at all and very laid back. I threw out the price I was working with, found some options, and had me driving out a car a couple days later. He saw to it that the new, used vehicle got a new battery, and front tires. (Without upping the price of the promised out the door) And one more thing the dealership did, that made me want to recommend them, was; There was a slight problem transferring the title by the time my 30 day temporary tag was up. So they just had me buy another and quickly reimbursed the $18.50 or so as soon as the title transferred. When all was done, I decided to find my cars value and compare the worth against what I had paid. I was pretty shocked to find there wasn't much of a difference. I also spoke with Adam (can't remember the last name) when signing paperwork. (When dealerships usually suggest,and suggest and suggest you need the extra coverage) Yeah, he just explained my options and made sure I understood them. No over suggestiveness. We actually ended up talking about how having kids puts life into perspective. lol -Mike Christian More

Like another reviewer, this is the second car from Rick Case and my second from Frank Hink. I bought my 2003 Honda Civic from them a few years back and it was the best purchase of my life. My car was dying Case and my second from Frank Hink. I bought my 2003 Honda Civic from them a few years back and it was the best purchase of my life. My car was dying on the side of the road and I traveled 50 miles round trip to work and home. Frank basically had me test drive this semi low mileage Civic and I put 60K miles on it in a short couple years and the car is so good, I gave it to my girlfriend to replace her failing car. Price matters and I consider myself a bargain shopper, but it isn't everything in buying a car. In buying my 2013 Sonata I found that we got above top dollar for our trade in, well below sticker on the price, and even a little more off because they will hear you out when it comes to what other dealers have. These guys are busy typically, and even though they have no issue selling cars, they take time out for you and you never feel rushed. Frank, at this point, is like family to me. He helped my friend with a car before and even though he had prior engagements, made sure we knew it was no problem that he was staying after, even when we insisted he left. In today's day and age I can honestly say "loyalty" and that kind of experience was thought to be dead, by myself included. It just isn't. Bill was also great to work with and was straightforward and the exact opposite of sleaze when it came to selling you a warranty or gap insurance. Finance managers can and do lie, the numbers dont, and when its all said and done neither Bill nor said numbers lied. The entire staff, even the soon departing GM was not only courteous, but engaging, exciting, and forthcoming and honest about everything. I am hyper critical of the way people are treated at a dealership and I can honestly say I couldnt be happier. More

He is honest and straight forward and lays everything out for you with the best deal he can offer a buyer. A co-worker of mine has purchased 5 cars from Frank (his and family) which shows how easy it is to develope a loyalty to this Dealership. Each time I've been there, I have been greeted by friendly, smiling employees who offer everything from water, coffee to lunch! They do make you feel welcome. Every person that I have dealt with at Rice Case has been great! Bill Panzarella the Finance Manager was friendly, professional and made everything easy. I would highly reccomend this Dealership to others. More
