I leased a car almost two weeks ago. I did not have a very good experience at the end with the sales person. On the day I went to picked up the car, he did not go over the features of the car, he just ga very good experience at the end with the sales person. On the day I went to picked up the car, he did not go over the features of the car, he just gave me the keys for me to checked that everything looked good before signing the contract.He also wanted to changed the deal at the last minute. On the other hand, Frank from the finance department was very nice and helpful. More

All COVID required protections were in place and being applied. I have worked with the dealership many times before to lease/buy a Toyota as well as coming in for services.
