If I could offer one piece of constructive feedback, they could brush up on there interstate sales so they can clearly explain the process the buyer will go through when they return to their home state. Also, the extended warranty offered was grossly overpriced compared to what can be purchased elsewhere. No real need to negotiate on price as they dropped the price $4k without me even making an offer so were able to get the vehicle within blue book range. More
