The sales team is the old fashioned used car salesmen kind. You know the old tricks call after the sale and try to raise your rate because of bank error or in this case add a bunch of fake fees to pump u kind. I asked for a breakout but they couldn't send it to protect their low offer. They reduced the sales price then added most of it back in as made up fees in closing costs. Make it easy on yourself, there are so many options in the NW, go anywhere else to buy a new high end truck. Everyone else was more professional and also cheaper. Only thing Corwin had was being a bit closer. More

Drop off and approval of services were the only easy things about this service. The dealership never contacted me when completed and either did not answer when I called or transferred me to someone else things about this service. My car sat for multiple days fixed and me unnotified. they also sent a scam message offering me a purchase quote for my vehicle as it was in “high demand” with an extremely disrespectful price. After I got it back, it had a ding in the back panel that was not there before (you can tell because whomever did it rubbed the dirt of the spot as they were checking it and no notice was given about it.
