I went in to get a recall done and was surprised to find out that my brakes and tires needed attention (I received a letter by mail). I have had a couple tires replaced and a transmission rebuilt by other c out that my brakes and tires needed attention (I received a letter by mail). I have had a couple tires replaced and a transmission rebuilt by other companies but nothing was mentioned about these issues. I was further surprised by the fact that when I heard a squealing from the tires when I had made a turn that 3 out of the 4 tires were set to 25 psi, the low one was at 15psi. I now carry a tire gauge in my glove box and will check my tires every single time I get my car serviced. More

I have had my truck there 4 times for the same issue still havent fixed it. They told me repairs would be around 2800. I have checked other dealerships in the area and same repair cost would be around 1 still havent fixed it. They told me repairs would be around 2800. I have checked other dealerships in the area and same repair cost would be around 1400. I will never go back to Port Richey ford again . This was there last shot with me. Just so glad I didnt purchase any of my trucks from this horrible Dealership.really sucks cause I truly believe in keeping my money locally. I will never recommend or purchase anything from again. More

I arrived at 9:45 for 10:00 app for oil change on rv. When I made the appointment I was told it would take 1-1 1/2 hrs and we would wait for it. It was 11:00 when I realized that my rv was still parked When I made the appointment I was told it would take 1-1 1/2 hrs and we would wait for it. It was 11:00 when I realized that my rv was still parked in the same spot. No one came to me explaining the delay. I had another appointment at 11:45 and asked for my keys. Few minutes later frank walked by me simply said the keys are in the rv and never apologized for anything. It was very poor/bad service Mike Grenier More

Personal Service excellent, Internet service poor. On line appointment did not reflect at dealership.
