Completely terrible Took my 2017 f150 4x4 in because the 4x4 wasn't engaging, was told that my warranty was void because of a front leveling kit ( I purchased from Ford ) Took my 2017 f150 4x4 in because the 4x4 wasn't engaging, was told that my warranty was void because of a front leveling kit ( I purchased from Ford ) had caused my actuators to fail. And that I had a torn ball joint boot that also wasn't covered. I ended up taking it to a real Ford repair shop who did the repairs completely under warranty same day, Mark Stults from Flammer Ford took care of my vehicle when Ford of port richey tried charging me. Wouldn't take anything back to this dealer. More

Fantastic Service! AAA+++ I got the pleasure of working with Frank, the Assistant Manager. He was wonderful. He made sure I got home, got me a rental car when my car was go I got the pleasure of working with Frank, the Assistant Manager. He was wonderful. He made sure I got home, got me a rental car when my car was going to be unexpectedly there for longer than expected. The best part was I got my car back three days ahead of time!
