He asked good questions that assisted me in pin-pointing the car that would best suit my driving needs and style. Within about thirty minutes, George drove up in a beautiful Escape. We took it for a test drive. This 2013 Escape SEL was a perfect match! George is very knowledgable about his product. He is a honest person and not a high-pressure individual. Two qualities that are a must when purchasing a car. He even assisted me with syncing my cell phone to the vehicle, along with a myriad of other important information regarding my new car. Frank was very fair with the price. We came to terms in about 10 minutes, and I know I got a great deal. I will be back to Parks to purchase our next vehicle to replace a very old and worn out one that my son is driving. It is with all honesty that I say I am looking forward to working with George and Frank again in the not-to-distant future!
