Everyone I had contact with was friendly and displayed excellent customer service skills. They were not at all "high pressure" and showed a sincere interest in helping me with the type vehicle I was inter excellent customer service skills. We only stopped by to see what new or used cars were on the lot as we were thinking of getting a newer model Ford to leave in Florida. We return to Canada each spring.Frank was friendly,courteous,knowledga the lot as we were thinking of getting a newer model Ford to leave in Florida. We return to Canada each spring.Frank was friendly,courteous,knowledgable with a sense of humour !!! Quickly, he had a car for us ---a Buick !!! Before we had lunch or coffee break, we had a car !!! Frank looked after us without being pushy and even quickly helped arrange insurance too. All the staff were courteous,helpful and friendly---the lady on the front desk kindly offered a snack bar too.The financial officer ( Mr. Gurzon,I believe )was also courteous and helpful. The only negative comment we might make was that upon driving away, we realized the gas tank was only 1/4 full !! Whoops, that did not make us too happy but we did not want to cross the lanes of highway again. When Frank called the next day we told him we were disappointed about the fuel level and he assured us that we would get another free oil change when we return late this year to Florida !! I started purchasing at this dealership in 2004 when I moved to Tampa. Well, after many referrals later, my referrals and I have purchased and serviced over 25 vehicles. If that doesn't speak volumes, I don't know what does. Yesterday, we brought home a new 2012 Explorer...the perfect Valentine's gift for my wife. She loves it! What I love, is of course the vehicle(s), but also the working relationship of the best sales consultant ever, Frank Lacey. He and his GM, Rich Dearborn, make the car buying experience a pleasurable one. As far as the service department, it is top notch with the team of Alan Sarne & Bob Weinstock. When it comes to service, they are the best in the business! In my mind, my friends and family will think of one place and one place only when in need of purchasing a car or truck. That place is Park's Ford! Take it from me, ask for Frank! More

My Ford F150 is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealer. Both deals were very good and we have been very satisfied with the purchases. I feel very confident that I will have the same experienc with my new F150. The sales rep that we worked with, Frank Lacey, was very good at explaining the F150 to us and was a big help in making our decision to buy the F150. I would most certainly recommend this dealership. I have always been pleased to work with Frank Lacey....my husband and my son have also purchased vehicles from him and were also complimentary. He is realistic about finances and he does as much "prep" work as possible through phone calls, e-mail, etc. This saves time because when the appointment arrives, we all have had time to think about what we want, what is available, and what to expect about the financial aspect. He always answers responds promptly to phone calls / e-mails. Frank Lacey is definitely an asset to the dealership. More

From the start to finish of purchasing our new Explorer the customer service was of the highest quality. We were not put under any undue pressure to buy a vehicle by Frank Lacey (the sales consultant) and the customer service was of the highest quality. We were not put under any undue pressure to buy a vehicle by Frank Lacey (the sales consultant) and he worked hard to find the right vehicle meet the various requirements we had for the vehicle we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for him throughout the process. He was by far the best salesperson we dealt with in our car buying process which involved visiting several different car dealers. All the personnel we dealt with went out of their way to be helpful to my wife and I and even the touchy process of negotiating the price was handled very professionally and with a bias toward the customer we felt. I would most certainly recommend Parks Ford to friends and it is my intention to have my car serviced at this dealership where I am sure the service will be equally excellent. Eric Beaumont More
