This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel. Both times my sales associate was Frank Lacey. His honesty and knowledge of the product is outstanding. I did look at other ma Ford of Wesley Chapel. Both times my sales associate was Frank Lacey. His honesty and knowledge of the product is outstanding. I did look at other makes and models when shopping for this vehicle. I also looked at a Fusion at another dealership. The dealership was closer to my house. It seemed that the sales associates did not know their product and just wanted the sale. Frank Lacey was extremely friendly and polite. He even laughed at my bad jokes. Frank Lacey kept checking in on us as we waited for the "numbers to be run," and didn't just let us sit there wondering. I would recommend Frank Lacey to anybody looking for a new vehicle. Our finance guy was Paul Stokes. He was very helpful in assisting us in making an informed decision on which path we should go. His knowledge of the products available and his ability to tell us which interest rate with the available incentives would be better for us was truly helpful. I would recommend Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel to anyone, even if it means driving a little ways. More

This dealer went out of their way to find us a Ford Transit XLT Wagon in silver after all of the other dealers we called would only talk to us if we were interested in their in-stock vehicles. I came in to check out Fords, when I had always been more interested in Chevy. Frank showed me an 08 F150 and took me for a test drive. He also showed me some comparable new models. I wanted to go with the 08 F150, so he and Bill worked out some numbers (which seemed to take forever, but my credit is not that great and they were trying to help me out). Then they introduced me to Duber so he could finish up everything. He got the cost of my new truck and the price for my trade adjusted even more to help me out! I saved about 5000 by going to Parks, and got a LOT of truck for the money. I've already recommended this dealership to a friend of mine who is also in the market for a new truck. More

I enquired about a new affordable Ford car as my old car (FORD FOCUS 2005) was being serviced & Mr. Lacey was extremely patient in explaining all I should know about the 2012 vehicles. He showe me several v (FORD FOCUS 2005) was being serviced & Mr. Lacey was extremely patient in explaining all I should know about the 2012 vehicles. He showe me several vehicles & then took a car out i.e. Ford Fiesta. I enjoyed the smooth ride & features of the vehicle which again he explained in detail. I also had the opportunity to drive the vehicle. Mr Lacey went beyond the call of duty to assist in this sale and advantages of the 2012 Fiesta. He managed professionally the transfer of my 2005 vehicle and all paper work amazingly effiently.I probably would not have purchased this car today but he was so helpful with transferring my ford focus & advantages of having this new Ford Fiestabvehicle. Mr Lacey showed & expained all new parts of the vehicle and how to work them followed up with saying I could return or call with any questions or further demonstration if need be.. Downloaded my phone #'s & just made this tranction go so smoothly. Mr Garzon managed the paper work for finances explaining in detail monthly fees and interest and advantages of coverage for repairs on vehicle. Also all the advantages of this and scotch guard which I did purchase because of the thorough explanation by Mr. Lacey & then reinforced by Mr. Garazon. Price: I was extremely satisfied with assitance by Mr Lacey who was able to negotiate a fair or better than fair trade in for my 2005 vehicle after speaking with his supervisor Both men answered every one of my questions pertaining to the new vehicle function & financing that I could understand. The paper work was completed in a timely manner. Extreme professionalism by these 2 staff members. I would definitely recommend friends and relatives to your dealership. I went into the dealership not expecting to make a purchase, just wanted to look at 2012 Flex models. Service was so helpful I ended up buying that day. My salesman and the finance manager stayed an purchase, just wanted to look at 2012 Flex models. Service was so helpful I ended up buying that day. My salesman and the finance manager stayed an hour past the closing time of the dealership to complete the sale for us. Overall experience was great. We originally went to Brandon Ford seeking the 'volume dealership.' We were pleasantly surprised to see how good the Parks Wesley Chapel Dealership was. I plan on making all future purchases with Parks. I also stopped by the maintenance department briefly the following day to pick up my tag. The maintenance team seems very efficient as well. More

Frank Lacey greeted us when we arrived at the dealership. We were interested in buying a new car but didn't know which one. Frank is a very low key, no pressure type of sales person. He went back and forth several times getting us keys to all the cars we wanted to look at, no problem. We went for a test drive and we hardly knew he was in the back seat, allowing us to experience the car without pressure. When we decided on the car, he made the deal quickly and sat and visited with us while we were waiting for financing instead of taking off and leaving us sitting there. He answered all of our questions and after the purchase, followed up with a phone call thanking us for our business, which was nice in today's world of mostly poor customer service. Duber was great too, very friendly and explained and showed us what option would be best for the extended warranty if we wanted it. Again, we didn't feel pressured to buy something we didn't need. All in all and excellent experience. We have only had the car a couple of days so we will see how it goes! More

He was courteous, highly knowledgeable, a good listener and far more interested in meeting our needs than pressuring us to buy - in fact, there was no pressure. We had previously done fact-finding at 7 other car dealerships - so we know we received solid value on both our trade in and the price of the vehicle we bought.
