It seemed that the sales associates did not know their product and just wanted the sale. Frank Lacey was extremely friendly and polite. He even laughed at my bad jokes. Frank Lacey kept checking in on us as we waited for the "numbers to be run," and didn't just let us sit there wondering. I would recommend Frank Lacey to anybody looking for a new vehicle. Our finance guy was Paul Stokes. He was very helpful in assisting us in making an informed decision on which path we should go. His knowledge of the products available and his ability to tell us which interest rate with the available incentives would be better for us was truly helpful. I came in to check out Fords, when I had always been more interested in Chevy. Frank showed me an 08 F150 and took me for a test drive. He also showed me some comparable new models. I wanted to go with the 08 F150, so he and Bill worked out some numbers (which seemed to take forever, but my credit is not that great and they were trying to help me out). Then they introduced me to Duber so he could finish up everything. He got the cost of my new truck and the price for my trade adjusted even more to help me out! I saved about 5000 by going to Parks, and got a LOT of truck for the money. I've already recommended this dealership to a friend of mine who is also in the market for a new truck. More
