The sales associate leaves you sitting at a table to do tasks like bring offers to the manager, run the credit app, etc… I was left waiting about 15 minutes each time they walked away. It took over 3 hours just to negotiate and run a credit app and take a deposit. From a buying perspective, Carmax and bmw are much more customer friendly and efficient. In the end I was able to score a deal but despite them not even being busy that day it took forever! More

I leased a new vehicle , the transaction was smooth, and the staff pleasant. Made for a less stressful day to get a new vehicle. More
