The Audi SQ7 is an incredible vehicle, and the experience at Audi Stratham made it even better. It is clear that this dealership takes pride in customer service and truly values its clients. Frank is why car salesmen have a bad reputation. He said yes to everything I said without listening to a word. He couldn't get anything I wanted straight. I wanted to buy an Audi, but he completely dropped the ball. He had quoted me a price one week and another the next week. So much time went by because I was waiting on call backs. I dealt with salesperson, John, for a hot second and never heard from him again. Frank was supposed to get back to me with pricing to match the price he had given earlier, which he had not written down. I never got anything in writing. He never called me back so I bought from another dealer. I have heard other similar stories where people on the Seacoast buy from non-local dealers because of Stratham Audi's less than stellar reputation. I had zero confidence in anything I was told. Why aren't things put in writing? More

I recently purchased my second vehicle from Audi Stratham, this time working with Kyle Wood, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I walked in the door, I was welcomed, offered coffee, and immediately asked how they could help. Within minutes, Kyle had three great options lined up based on what I was looking for, and I was already out on a test drive. The entire process was straightforward, transparent, and pressure-free. No games, no drawn-out back-and-forth. Kyle understood exactly where I needed to be, and we were aligned in under 10 minutes. When I came back the next day to pick up the car, it was clean, detailed, and ready to go right on time. Working with Anthony in the business department was like a well-oiled machine. I was in and out in under an hour, which even included a very thorough walkthrough of the vehicle’s technology and features. To put this in perspective — a family member of mine just bought a car elsewhere, and it’s been a week-long, frustrating process. Today they went to take delivery and the car wasn’t ready, management tried to upsell after everything was already agreed to, and they’ve now been sitting at the dealership for over four hours waiting. That contrast says everything. Amazing experience with Kyle Wood and the entire Audi Stratham team. This is exactly why I will continue to do business with Audi Stratham and recommend them without hesitation. More

Terrible experience with their service department who wouldn’t address a warranty issue I brought to their attention in August but was unable to bring vehicle in until last week. They said it was out of warranty by a month unless I paid the $460 diagnostic fee they couldn’t assist. I guess this reaffirms why I have always owned BMWs. More

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this dealership when I attempted to lease a vehicle. From the start, the sales team displayed unethical practices, particularly when it came to working ou dealership when I attempted to lease a vehicle. From the start, the sales team displayed unethical practices, particularly when it came to working out the financing options. I provided my credit information upfront, yet they proceeded to present inaccurate credit report details, painting a misleading picture of my financial situation. To make matters worse, they conducted multiple inquiries with the credit bureau, which I later discovered were unnecessary and likely an attempt to impact my credit score negatively. These repeated inquiries felt like a deliberate move to narrow my options and force me into a corner. After this, they pushed me towards a five-year lease term, which I didn’t want, and tried to increase my monthly payment by over $200. The whole process felt like a manipulation designed to trap me into agreeing to a deal that was far from what I had in mind or could afford. I would strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to be cautious. Their tactics felt misleading, and they seemed more interested in securing a profit than helping me find the best deal for my needs. Truly an unpleasant experience. More
