After reluctantly purchasing Q5 from another dealer last year because Audi Stratham could not offer best trade-in or price, I was hesitant to try again. I have always had superb maintenance service on my two previous Audi's from Stratham and was disappointed the trade didn't happen. I informed Nick Ciminera of my experience last year and he made sure, along with Chad Green, that I received an excellent price and professional service. Nick was very pleasant and professional; a joy to work with. His follow-through with acquainting me with my new car and all its functions was so helpful and kind. Tyler wrapped up the deal professionally and without pressure. When I was ready, I went in to see what we could do. No surprise, I ended up buying the exact same car he had shown me a few months back. Nigel played Little League Baseball for me when he was just a little guy so we have known each other for a very long time. Also though, as an aside, I really appreciated the help I also received from Wayne. As Nigel is, Wayne is very knowledgeable and a very friendly man. I also thank him for the help he offered us in passing. Tyler, our finance guy was excellent.
