I had an appointment to have 70,000 service. I arrived at 7:00 A M. Due to a misunderstanding Mr. Moreno was to arrive at 8:00 A M. Mr. La Porte, who was at the dealership at 7:00 AM immedia I arrived at 7:00 A M. Due to a misunderstanding Mr. Moreno was to arrive at 8:00 A M. Mr. La Porte, who was at the dealership at 7:00 AM immediately took charge and Helped me. He could not have been more helpful. While I was waiting for help Ms. Lopez asked how she could help. Mr. Chutan assisted me with the return of the loaner car, the resolution of the service charge and also assisted me with the financial department for an extended warranty. Everyone made a point of providing service in a friendly and professional way. The entire experience was excellent. More
