Frank was incredibly knowledgeable about the Explorer, and went over all the options with no pressure to upgrade our choices. They did not have the vehicle we wanted on the lot, but he spent a lot of time looking for it, but in the end we had to order it. He kept us informed on the delivery status, and when it arrived he went over every system with us to make sure we knew how to properly operate it. No sales pressure, expert advice, and a great staff at Miller guarantees we will be back and will recommend Miller and Frank to anyone who is looking for a great car buying experience. More

There was a always a reason why the price on this site was too high. There seemed to be a stipulation on price based on whether I wanted to finance or not. A higher price was later talked about after I mentioned no financing option, then a lower price if I would finance with them? Why say you are a truecar dealership if you only want to make the terms to favor you? Sales person left for a least 5 minutes to talk to someone in the parking lot after I already sat down to discuss the vehicle. A low attention to detail was given to me as a prospective customer and as a result no sale was attained. I will not return to this place to buy a car again... More
