I've had very bad experiences with certain dealerships in the Cherry Hill area and experienced no problems at all with Miller Ford; they offered great, friendly and fair service. Even the trade-in value for my car was spot on with my estimates. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership. The entire process was pleasant from start to finish; no pressure to buy either the car or any add on services. I got the car that I wanted at a really fair price and left very happy and satisfied with my purchase and the overall experience. More

I have an on-going relationship with Frank having purchased from him previously. My need this time was to buy a basic car at the lowest price possible for my daughter. After giving Frank the info, he worked on it as though it was for his own kid, keeping in touch with updates and progress until he found a car that exceeded our needs but not our price and in the color my daughter really really wanted. Frank made an appointment with us to do all the paperwork, applied all the rebates and carefully went over all features and operations of the car with my daughter. I should mention that Frank gave us some very practical advise and guidance which we very much appreciated and welcomed. There customer service skills are outstanding. Anyone there that could help would help it was like watching the dream team in there prime. I have maybe the worst credit you could ever imagine.
