I thought it would be expensive but I thought another vendor would be much cheaper. But found out that they not only couldn't diagnose the problem correctly but would have cost more in t I thought another vendor would be much cheaper. But found out that they not only couldn't diagnose the problem correctly but would have cost more in the long run. I'm glad I took it into this Honda dealer they treated me well and actually did the best to get the price where it should be. More

New key bob installation Frank greeted me with a friendly, welcoming attitude. He explained the procedure that was to take place and approximate time to complete. I indicate that I would wait for my vehicle. it was completed in the state time. I was given my receipt, new key bob as well as the my current key bob. Frank indicated if there were issues with the key bobs and the vehicle to call him and the service department would remedy the issue. Excellent communication/explsination by Frank as well as providing me with assurances. Well done!! More
