Germain Honda of Dublin is awesome! Everyone was super helpful and very nice. It all started when somebody hit my red 2007 Civic Ex Coupe... I went to see Doug in the body shop. Bummer.. Everyone was super helpful and very nice. It all started when somebody hit my red 2007 Civic Ex Coupe... I went to see Doug in the body shop. Bummer... car was declared a total loss; I appreciated Doug "mourning" with me. So, I always look for salesman Frank because I know he is an upstanding guy. (He sold me my old car 11 years years ago.) Boom! I bought a red 2018 Civic Hatchback EX. Thanks Frank! Jimmy in finance went the extra mile and notarized something for me as well as drawing up all the paperwork (which wasn't much). Anita went over the features with me after some nice fellow washed my new car. Overall, I'm very happy with the crew - and my new Honda! More
