They have sold me a customer care warranty that they could not fulfill. It includes car washes and the car wash had been broken! When I finally got tired of this I reported them to the BBB. Once this happened, I was contacted by Jessica in which was just a waste of my time. She proceed to argue with me and tell me I was wrong. She is very unprofessional and uses her name to try to intimidate. At the end of the day she offered $30. I had to laugh at this. She then said that this was extra and not a charge so no monies were lost. She totally missed the inconvenience of myself, the customer. She has a background as a lawyer, I think she needs to tune up her customer service skills. She is a real treat to deal with. I highly recommend avoiding Germain Honda at all cost. Actually don't listen to me, just go read the many BBB complaints and research the customer service complaints. More

We are very pleased with our new Odyssey and our new Civic. We are not paying any more per month than we were before, and we got all of the features we wanted. I truly believe that Frank P. had my best financial and safety interests at heart. The car sells itself. There is no high pressure sales involved. I went in with my daughter to trade in her civic, left wit safety interests at heart. The car sells itself. There is no high pressure sales involved. I went in with my daughter to trade in her civic, left with 2 new cars and a car payment that was less than the car payment on her old civic. Her new car payment was so much less and the safety features of the Hondas so overwhelming that i inquired about an accord for myself. Frank is the only person I will go to. He is full service, thorough, thoughtful, efficient, and authentic. More

The sales experiance was perfect. My salesman Frank Pulsinelli was very knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint was doing the paperwork in the other building. I had a bit of a time crunch, some rather dificult cicumstances outside of a car purchase, and also needed some adaptive equipment installed. Frank was able to get me the car I wanted/needed, a great cicumstances outside of a car purchase, and also needed some adaptive equipment installed. I wasn't even thinking about how crazy this week is for service with everyone traveling department !! Marcus Williams is great to work with!!! I called to see if I could come a little bit early and Marcus made it happen!! I was even able to make my class at the gym and get home to bake a couple of pies for Thanksgiving!
