I had to drive 3 1/2 hours from Marco Island to get the exact car I was looking for. I ran late and they stayed past 8:00 to get the deal done. The car was perfect. I was concerned because I am a single, older woman suddenly in need of a replacement vehicle and had no previous experience with such a purchase. Impressed with the fact that before they tried to sel suddenly in need of a replacement vehicle and had no previous experience with such a purchase. Impressed with the fact that before they tried to sell me anything, they listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and my price range. Showed me both pre-owned vehicles that were available and new vehicles and discussed financial options that would best suit my situation. Everyone was so friendly and helpful in turning a potentially stressful situation into a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. Best part - no pressure. I now have a perfect ride. Thank you! More
