Buying a new Hyundi at the Lester Glenn Hyundi Dealership in Toms River was a great experience. From the time we entered the Dealership to the time we left we knew we had chosen the right place to buy our n in Toms River was a great experience. We dealt with Mark Morano and Frank Simeone. Mark was extremely helpful in many ways. He thoroughly answered all our questions about the Hyundi Santa Fe. He was patient, knowledgable and professional. Mark took us for a tour throughout the Dealership. We immedialty felt comfortable and at ease when dealing with Mark. Our car was not easily availabe to get. Frank Simeone spent hours attempting to locate and secure the Hyundai that we wanted. After hours of searching they located and secured the exact car with all the features and colors we wanted. Having pizza for lunch at the dealership was a pleasant suprise. I purchased the car in the old location from sales person Glen Gioe. Overall in was a pleasant experience, and the service since has been great. Last week I got a phone call wishing me Happy Anniversary. It had 2 years since my purchase, and I had been totally satisfied with my 2009, but had my eye on the new design since it came out. I periodically check out the Lester Glen site to check out prices and incentives, so the phone call prompted me to go down and check out the cars in person. I always like to just check out the stock myself before going inside, and as I did I was approached by a salesperson. I asked if Glen Gioe was still threr and was told he left. I really wanted to be left alone, but Bob Reyes was "gently persistent". He was very patient with me because I was very specific in what I wanted and he let me test drive two cars on a blisteringly hot day. I tried an GLS with Popular Equipment, what I wanted.But did not have one in a color I liked. I test drove an SE,(ride to rough). He told my friend and me to go wait inside in the air while he checked out some stock for me. In the showroom I spotted a beautiful Limited,(not in my budget). To make a long story short, Bob Reyes and sales manager Frank with alot of finese put it in my budget, and my payment where I wanted it. Hands down, BEST DEALERSHIP in the world! My boyfriend was looking for a Dodge Challenger during the midnight madness sale this past weekend. We were disappointed, but decided to head over to Hyundai (they were having the sale) to see what was there. Casey was very friendly and helped me find a car that suited my needs (high mpgs). I told Casey that I was unsure of purchasing the car because I was not even looking for one. He told me to take the car home for the night so I would have more time to think about it. I couldn't believe they let me do that. I came back the next day and was still unsure of whether or not I should buy it. The manager (Frank) told me to take the car home for the weekend just in case the car I wanted got sold. WOW! I can't believe how great these people at Lester Glenn are. I came back later that day and the manager helped me get down to a monthly payment that I could afford. Boy, did he help me! I took the deal and ran with it. I am so incredibly happy that I got an amazing car at such a great deal. A couple days later, my boyfriend and I returned to Dodge at Lester Glenn to check out the Dodge Challenger. We knew we could not afford it but we just wanted to see what would happen. The people there were just as helpful!! They gave him an incredible car at an amazing price! The people at Lester Glenn really care about their customers and help them afford a car of their dreams. I LOVE LESTER GLENN!! Everyone should go there. If you don't purchase your next car at Lester Glenn, you are truly missing out. Also, the best part of purchasing a car there is that you get to ring the bell!! More

Beginning with my salesman Ed Martins who was very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable thru the whole process with no pressure or timeframe to get the deal done. I purchased my third vehicle a 2011 Elantra from Lester Glenn on April 14,2011. Ed was very patient and took all the time i needed to go over all the new features and even paired up my Blue Tooth. Ed even went as far as putting two Elantras side by side for me to decide my color preferences. Ed introduced me to Jay (Sales Manager) and Brian ( Finance Manager) to get a great deal on my trade and finance options in getting my monthly payments where i needed them to be. I have been purchasing vehicles for over 40 years and this has been by far the most pleasureable experience and will defintely recommend Ed and Lester Glenn in the future. I was very pleased with the experience I had at Lester Glenn Hyundai. After visiting a competitor's (another brand) showroom and being very disappointed in the offer and the way I was treated I was a lit Glenn Hyundai. After visiting a competitor's (another brand) showroom and being very disappointed in the offer and the way I was treated I was a little hesitate to go to a different car brand since I was a 20+ year customer, but Bob and Frank, Dealer Manager made me feel welcomed and interested in my needs for a new car and to get out of my lease. They allowed me to look at both the Elantra and Sonata and to drive them both. I was pleasantly surprised at both vehicles and all the features that are included while I liked both cars I chose to purchase the Sonata and I'm thrilled. I would highly recommend this car and the dealership to my family and friends. More
