Within the 1st 4 months and less than 3000 miles the car left my wife stranded at the grocery store and had to have AAA replace the battery. Then a week later the check engine light resulting in needing a catalytic converter for $3k. Yes I know I bought as is but don't you expect better from a dealer. Yes I know I didn't but an extended warranty but guess what the extended warranty DOES NOT COVER catalytic converter. All I asked for from management was assistance. REFUSED. The Lester Glenn experience is they don't care about their used car buyers. Regretful purchase.

However, at the time of purchase, the vehicle was clearly sold as-is and offered without any warranty coverage. The sale price related to as-is vehicles reflects their age, mileage, condition, and the understanding that future repairs and maintenance become the owner’s responsibility after purchase. As you mentioned your understanding in your review comments, our team was transparent regarding the vehicle’s as-is status from the beginning.
After nearly five months and 3,000 miles of ownership, issues such as a battery replacement or catalytic converter failure are not something the dealership can reasonably predict or assume responsibility for on an as-is pre-owned vehicle. Given the situation, our management and service teams took the time to review the situation with you and discuss possible options.
We regret that you are unhappy with your experience, but we do feel the terms of the sale and vehicle coverage were properly disclosed and honored.

Yes. Thank you, the part was received. No explanation on the poor customer support however. I suggest that you could offer some kind of token for the hassle. ( a gas card, Hyundai gear, etc) My time is as valuable as yours.
