Walked into dealership knowing exactly what car I wanted to buy, the only thing that needed to be worked out was the financial end of the deal. However, as much as I thought I knew about the car in question to buy, the only thing that needed to be worked out was the financial end of the deal. However, as much as I thought I knew about the car in question, Frankie suggested I take the car for a ride, while explaining everything about the new options that were standard with the model I wanted. While discussing the financial end of it, Mark got involved to help both Frankie and I come up with a deal that Mark will see as reasonable and acceptable to all parties. Throughout all this talk, I felt that there was no pressure at all and that was a nice feeling. They even gave us plenty of private time to discuss among ourselves the financials. It is also worth mentioning the fact that even after the deal was signed, Frankie and Mark worked with us in granting us quirky requests that we asked for. Overall, it was a very nice experience purchasing a new car from this dealer and if you are reading this to select a dealership where to purchase your next Honda, go to this one and make sure you ask for Frankie Talarico and/or Mark Hernandez, you won't regret it.
