Friendly and very easy to work with. Frank was great. Car came with one key remote. Frank said he will talk to his manager Monday and try to get us a second key. My only complaint is the $990 charge for ResistAll protective coat. It's a known fact that add ons like this are just revenue generator that cost the dealership very little.
