Known for my big personality and willingness to go that extra mile for every customer. I am ASE certified in electrical, engine, and fuel systems. I have been a trained automotive technician for over 20 years, and continue to learn more about the latest technologies and advancements. Excellent Service While I did not buy my BMW from Rallye BMW, I brought it into service. I have had other Rallye cars most notably an Acura for the past 6 years. Exceptional service My M3 was being temperamental and started throwing all types of codes. Frank Trott and the guys in service took their time and found a loose cable was My M3 was being temperamental and started throwing all types of codes. Frank Trott and the guys in service took their time and found a loose cable was the cause. Frank kept me updated on each step and kept the car an extra morning to get a cold start in to double check. The service department prioritize safety and quality of work that they stand behind. More

service called monday morning at 630 am told them i had a problem with a tire she put me on hold for a minute came back said bring it right in . got there at called monday morning at 630 am told them i had a problem with a tire she put me on hold for a minute came back said bring it right in . got there at 7am saw frank Trotta spoke to me put me in a loaner and said will take care of your car and would speak to me soon. By 11 o'clock got a call my car was ready. from the minute i pulled into service department everybody was friendly and courtesy would only have rallye bmw service my car. More
