I have been selling cars for over 35 years and it was always very important to me to do the very best job I could for my customers, whether it be getting my customer a fair price or helping customers with questions after taking delivery of their new subaru. On several occasions I have even gone to a customers house to set up and program garage door openers as part of subaru homelink. In 2017 I was the only salesperson at Patrick Subaru to achieve the SUBARU SUMMIT PEAK PERFORMER AWARD. This award is given to the top 25 salespeople in New England based on sales volume and the highest level of customer satisfaction. I was number 8 in New England. Very good experience Of course everyone cares about price. I care about fair price without prolonged negotiation, which is what I got at Patrick's. No BS, no bait and switch, no sweating for hours while the salesperson goes to the "manager" to get the best price on your square. Just a quick fair price. This is my 2nd car from them and I drove quite a bit to make this purchase. Subarus are the best bang for your buck, period, and Partick's is the best dealership in the metrowest. More

Not bad Frank Wilcox was my dealer at Patrick Subaru. He was pretty helpful and informative, he didn't rush or try to push me. It was great to not feel like Frank Wilcox was my dealer at Patrick Subaru. He was pretty helpful and informative, he didn't rush or try to push me. It was great to not feel like I'm being scammed or hustled. My only criticism was that the dealership wasn't willing to negotiate the price much, despite the age and the mileage of the car. However, at my pick up Frank set me up with a new set of tires which definitely sweetened the deal. More

Having recently moved to Massachusetts, I found Patrick's advertising to be enticing. After visiting the showroom on a very busy Saturday when everyone was serving other customers, I was very pleased to be able to arrange time to visit the showroom, and was immediately helped by Frank Wilcox. Frank was very patient and helpful in determining what car best fit my needs and my budget. I felt that our discussions always centered on my wants and needs, and not which car Frank wanted me to buy. Luckily my perfect Crosstrek was waiting for me on the lot, and I was able to pick it up the very next day. I would highly recommend Patrick Subaru to friends and family. More

Happy with my new Forester! I was leasing a crosstrek from Patrick and was very unhappy the way the leasing company did not keep me informed of my registration renewal. As a res I was leasing a crosstrek from Patrick and was very unhappy the way the leasing company did not keep me informed of my registration renewal. As a result, I was without the use of my car for almost a month while I was waiting for the leasing company to forward the information from RMV so I could get my sticker. I happily was able to turn in my lease, with the help of Frank Wilcox and purchase a new Subaru Forester! More
