My family bought a used Lexus and a used Camry within the past month, and we dealt with Frankie Bellia and Rich Moore. Frankie was very helpful before, during, and after the sale. He came in on his day off past month, and we dealt with Frankie Bellia and Rich Moore. Frankie was very helpful before, during, and after the sale. He came in on his day off even. When the car I wanted to look at became unavailable, I was shown two other cars, and I took both for test drives, which were long enough to get a good feel for the cars. Rich stepped in as needed to keep the process moving along. I never bought anything from the dealer before. I had a very positive experience. The person who handled some of the paperwork and the warranty was also very good, but I do not have his name handy now. More

We had Ryan as a salesman and from the first moment we were on motor world property. He was very helpful, tentative respectful, informational, professional, and honest. we went in as first time, car buyer were on motor world property. He was very helpful, tentative respectful, informational, professional, and honest. we went in as first time, car buyers not knowing anything of buying a car ever and left not buying a car, but only because of our non-approval we eventually moved onto to ENTERPRISE and purchased the car and they also did wonderfully as well. motor world and Ryan actually took the time out to make us feel not rushed and to feel understood and helped. It’s just a refreshing feeling especially me being a father and a husband. I’m skeptical about everybody and anybody especially someone trying to sell my family something and these people really put me at ease and made me feel comfortable with my wife. This is just our first car, but we definitely will consider a motor world on the second go around More

Frank Bella is the person you want to help you get into the perfect car for you. I called from out of state, didn't really know what to expect - got immediately helped by Frank who was professional and wel the perfect car for you. I asked him if he could send some detailed videos and he sent me more than what I asked for! Took the time to get as many angles and even commentated on the video so I could look at certain things. Completely transparent, truthful, and honest every step along the way which is honestly a very refreshing experience. He was knowledgeable, personable, and just through-and-through a great guy. I personally wouldn't have made the 2 hour drive from Jersey without the confidence that I had in Frank. Did I mention very hospitable? Buying a car isn't the funnest process but we had great conversations outside of work, helped me out when I had some issues with some background stuff, and SUPER PATIENT. No frustration whatsoever, just tackled everything like a true professional and guided me (a first time car buyer) through everything. Did I mention he came in to help me personally on his day off? Yup - he did that, took time out of his day off from 1pm to 6pm to help me get into the car that I am loving now. Folks - don't look any further for a honest and trustworthy salesperson. I am definitely coming back here with friends and family for the foreseeable future, even if its 2 hours away. More
