We had visited 4 other dealerships in the week prior to coming to Heritage and working with Frankie. He was hands down the best salesperson we met with. Most importantly, we felt like he was genuine, honest and trustworthy. That can be very hard to come by these days so you should do everything you can to keep him on your staff. I don't enjoy car shopping, but Frankie and Heritage made it as pleasant as possible. I felt like they listened to my needs and arranged a deal that would work for both parties. When I first walked into Heritage Toyota, I was greeted by Frankie who was friendly, enthusiastic and a good listener.
