Car Purchase When we first came in to the dealership, I was a bit overwhelmed by the shear size of the operation and staff. However, we never felt like a number. When we first came in to the dealership, I was a bit overwhelmed by the shear size of the operation and staff. However, we never felt like a number. We were treated as well as when we have dealt with much smaller Hyundai dealerships. All staff members were professional, cheerful and helpful. We never felt pressured at any time. We wanted a particular color of car with specific options. Universal did not have one on the lot. However, the staff went above and beyond to find us what we wanted...and had it at the dealership later the same day. Even after the sale, our salesperson Ozzie has gone above and beyond to answer questions. This is our fifth Hyundai and I have no desire to drive anything else. More
