Have taken my car in multiple times for the same repair. It took a long time to even find out what was going on. I took it in on a Monday and on Wednesday no one could tell me what was going on because apparently, the only one who knew had the day off. I always feel dirty after going to this dealer. They supposedly do a multipoint inspection, when all they really do is look at what they have done on your car!
