Great Experience/Had just what I wanted I went to a car show and fell in love with the new Hyundai Sontata Limited 2.0. I searched 4 different dealerships until I went to the Hyundai in Bowi I went to a car show and fell in love with the new Hyundai Sontata Limited 2.0. I searched 4 different dealerships until I went to the Hyundai in Bowie. I was greeted right away by Frankie. I told him that I wasnt sure if I was purchasing a car today, that we were just going to browse around. He asked me what I was looking for and checked the inventory. He stated he had 1 car and would bring it up for me to look at. It was the exact one I wanted...down to the color. I was so excited, how could I let this slip by, so I decided it was now mine! Frankie (my salesman) was fantastic. He was very upbeat even though it was an hour before closing. We felt bad since we came so late but he didnt make us feel like we were a problem. The entire process was seamless. Very excited about my new car and the service I received. More

First Time Lease Ourisman Hyundai was a great experience. A few days prior I had visited another Hyundai dealership in Towson and had an experience that caused me and Ourisman Hyundai was a great experience. A few days prior I had visited another Hyundai dealership in Towson and had an experience that caused me and my fiance to walk out due to the way we were treated. But from the moment I got to Ourisman, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Frankie Stewart was great to work with and he made sure I was able to get everything I needed at a price I could afford. He made sure I felt comfortable while I was there and helped to make the experience one that made me want to purchase a vehicle from this location. Chu Park from the financial office was also great. They both made what can be a very stressful experience, feel comfortable. After visiting one place and having an awful experience, it was a nice change to come here. Their efforts are why I choose to lease a Hyundai and not look at another company. More
