Truck buying experience I came in to replace my Stolen 2014 F-150. Frank Tucci helped me find the perfect truck. I also have to say a “big than you” to Cindy in finance. We didn’t receive enough from our insurance company to replace our stolen truck so I needed to finance a portion of our new vehicle. She was so knowledgeable about finance and warranty options and helped us pick out a loan and warranty that was just right for me. She spent a lot of time with me to do this and I appreciate that she didn’t hurry the process and made sure I understood what I was getting. She also has an awesome sense of humor which made what started as a very stressful experience to a very enjoyable one. I also appreciate that Taylor Ford now deals with my credit union so that I was able to do the whole loan process at the dealer without going to the credit union. Thanks again to Frank and Cindy. You are both awesome!! More
